The Benchmade Hidden Canyon Hunter 15016-1 is a compact and light-weight hunting knife, which can also be used as an EDC knife. At first glance this knife might seem too small to gut deer and other game. However, when you hold it you notice that the ergonomics and usibility of the knife were carefully thought through. Because of the large ‘belly’ on the edge you can seperate skin from flesh like it is butter.
