This Deba knife is part of the beautiful Kai Seki Magoroku Kinju collection. The Japanese knife is specially designed for precisely cutting vegetables and fish. It is a fairly large and heavy knife with its wide blade and 16.5 centimetre blade length, but it is still designed in the traditional way.
