The Sakai Takayuki Blue 2 Steel Japanese Style 01214 fuguhiki is a Japanese kitchen knife originally designed for cutting fugu, the Asian dish made from the highly poisonous puffer fish. This fish must be filleted very carefully to remove the poisonous parts of the fish without contaminating the rest. Chefs must undergo special training before they can serve the dish.
