This Wüsthof Classic bread knife, 23 cm is a classic which
belongs in every kitchen. In addition to cutting loaves of bread you can also use this knife
to cut vegetables and fruit with a hard
skin. The hollow, serrated edge of the
knife works like the serrations of a saw, but is much finer. As such you
no longer have to apply pressure to cut a loaf of bread and even hard
crusts are a piece of cake.
